Home Workout #1
To help all of you with the “HEALTH in the person you want to be” I have created a workout to do at home or while traveling. I know sometimes there is not enough time to exercise. I also know sometimes there are not enough times to attend a class. However, we need to do it. The exercises should be easy enough to follow. There are instructions along with set numbers, rep amounts, and time.
Let me know what you think. As always, send FEEDBACK so I can improve the workouts and the information I send you. In addition, respond to what others write. It is a continual goal with the FEEDBACK, to have a fitness community communicating together. People can share goals, stories, secrets to success, etc.
Remember if you or anyone else NEEDS fitness help, I am here.

Thanks Adam! I appreciate having options… Especially as my summer quickly comes to an end.
It is amazing how in tune you are with your clients needs. BTW I could not respond to the last blog, because the subject was don’t complain… so I had nothing to say ! hee hee
Great info, I like the workout posted, it breaks it down for you and gives no excuses for missing a workout no matter where you are at!!!
As you know my condition and status, this is great. Obviously I can’t do some of these exercises as these are really for the majority of your clients that are not in their 3rd trimester of pregnancy but I appreciate anything I can do at home.
These exercises takes no time I’d say about 30 minutes tops and this indeed is a cause for “no excuses”. I made it a goal to keep exercising until I can’t anymore and having these to do at home really, really helps me a lot.
Good stuff! When are the videos coming out?
Always great info Adam. You’re so motivating!
why would i do this and take away YOUR joy?
This is a great workout. No more excuses about being at home, on vacation, or unable to make it to the gym!!
Thank you very much for this workout! I traveled a lot about 10 years ago and could have used this workout. On the days I can’t make it to the gym this will be perfect.
I’m a fan!
Great!! Now I have no excuses!!!
Thanks Adam! I have no more excuses…:)
Thanks Adam! Now I have something I can do when I’m away from home – no excuses! You’re the best!!
Great words….I know I will try it !!! xoxoxox Mom

So, does this mean I don’t have to go to them gym anymore? HA-HA just kidding! This is great, I printed it so I can do this on my own time and I shared with a few friends…hope you don’t mind!
Good plan Adam! Of course, I’m not one for working out at home. I need my “people fix” at the club. Though I must admit – home workouts do provide one definite advantage for me. No one’s there to complain when I sing! LOL!
